Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Geo-environmental Professional to join our team at Penguin Recruitment. As a Senior Geo-environmental Professional, you will be responsible for leading a team of geo-environmental engineers and consultants on a wide range of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervising ground investigations and ensuring they are completed to the highest standard.
  • Assisting with site walkovers and providing expert guidance to junior team members.
  • Writing and reviewing factual and interpretive reports, including phase 1 desk studies.
  • Mentoring junior team members and providing ongoing support and development opportunities.
  • Liaising with clients and providing exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Geo-environmental Engineer or Contaminated Land Consultant, ideally with team leadership or project management experience.
  • A BSc and/or MSc in geology, geotechnical engineering, physical geography or geoscience (or similar and relevant subject).
  • A full UK Driving Licence and the right to work in the UK.
