About the Role
Bupa Dental Care is seeking a skilled and friendly Dental Receptionist to join their team at Sevenoaks Total Orthodontics. As a key member of the practice, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to ensure a smooth and efficient experience for all patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet and greet patients, providing a warm and welcoming first impression
- Manage patient appointments, answer phone calls, and update patient records
- Coordinate care packages and promote Bupa Dental Care products and services
- Provide excellent customer service, both face-to-face and over the phone
- Support the Practice Manager and clinical team with the day-to-day running of the practice
Requirements
- Previous administration or receptionist experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook, with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude
