We're seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Molecular Biotechnologist, where you'll apply your in-depth knowledge of next-generation sequencing (NGS), quantitative PCR (qPCR), and digital droplet PCR (ddPCR) to provide analytical services to customers in the pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical sectors.

• Develop and validate novel methods for molecular analysis
• Supervise, train, and coordinate the work of junior scientists
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success

• BSc/MSc/PhD in Biology/Chemistry or related scientific discipline
• 5+ years of experience in molecular assays, including NGS, qPCR, and ddPCR
• Strong understanding of GMP principles and experience working in a GxP laboratory
• Method development and validation expertise
• Desirable: experience training and supervising junior scientists
