Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with landlords and tenants, delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Oversee the complete lettings process from initial inquiry to move-in, ensuring a seamless and efficient transaction.
  • Coordinate and conduct property viewings, effectively showcasing properties to potential tenants.
  • Facilitate negotiations of rental terms between landlords and tenants, aiming for optimal outcomes for all involved.
  • Remain informed about local rental market trends and provide valuable insights to clients.
  • Manage all necessary documentation and administrative tasks related to property lettings.
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Demonstrated experience in a lettings role, ideally within the property sector.
  • Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a client-centered approach.
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with the local rental market is advantageous.
  • A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle.

Working Days:
  • Monday to Friday 8:45 AM - 5:30 PM, with alternative Saturdays from 8:45 AM - 4:00 PM, and a lieu day accrued for Saturdays worked.
