Role Overview:
Shift Details: Day shifts, totaling 18 hours per week.
As a Senior Care Assistant during the day, you will deliver exceptional, personalized care and support to our residents, ensuring their privacy, dignity, and independence are upheld. You will oversee and guide the shift, leading your team to foster a nurturing and joyful environment.
Your responsibilities will include observing care assistants during meal times, verifying the completion of residents' activity logs, providing thorough handovers to incoming shifts, and assisting residents with their morning routines—all while prioritizing compassionate care in every task.

Qualifications:
Essential Criteria:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Care Assistant in a residential setting
- Completion of Level 3 NVQ/Diploma in Health and Social Care

- Capability to lead and inspire team members
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
- A flexible approach to working hours
