About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Systems Engineer to lead our NPI projects to volume production. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring all production machinery is configured and programmed to deliver high-quality products while meeting safety and performance expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate manufacturing software and systems, as well as a small team of engineers/technicians.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Oversee NPI activities for manufacturing equipment software and systems, ensuring timely and efficient implementation.
  • Maintain documentation and traceability standards to ensure compliance and quality.
  • Manage and schedule software and system updates for manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Integrate new manufacturing equipment into our software and systems department, ensuring smooth transition and minimal disruption.
  • Lead continuous improvement activities to enhance processes and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in manufacturing machinery software systems management and programming within a highly automated environment.
  • Proven track record of setting up and optimizing manufacturing machinery systems/software and automation for NPI projects.
  • CAD and Gerber file experience.
  • Relevant engineering qualification.
  • Successful implementation of continuous improvement projects.
  • Team management experience.
