Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Carpenter / Joiner to join our team at Morgan Sindall Property Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance services to our clients.
About the Role
As a Carpenter / Joiner, you will be working on a variety of projects, including responsive and planned repairs to void properties. You will be responsible for undertaking exclusion works and other trade repairs and maintenance work, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out responsive and planned repairs to void properties
- Undertake exclusion works and other trade repairs and maintenance work
- Work efficiently and safely in line with best practice to achieve excellent customer experience
- Receive and complete assigned tasks using a handheld device
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a level 2 trade NVQ or level 2 City and Guilds qualification, with excellent working H & S knowledge. You will also need to be customer-focused, with experience of working in both occupied and void properties.
