Estimation Manager

Job Summary:

Rise Technical Recruitment is seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team as a Senior Estimator. As a technical expert in the construction industry, you will be responsible for providing cost analysis, budgeting, and pricing strategies for large-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement cost analysis and budgeting strategies for construction projects
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients and internal stakeholders
• Conduct onsite assessments and client engagement activities
• Prepare and submit tenders and proposals for construction projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project delivery and success

Requirements:

• Proven experience in estimating and cost analysis within the construction industry
• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of construction processes and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• International travel may be required
