This role is part of the Harmful Sexual Behaviour Service operating across the county, focusing on children aged 8-18.

The successful candidate will play a vital role in enhancing the support framework for children exhibiting harmful sexual behaviours. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to the development of a comprehensive learning and development hub aimed at improving understanding and responses to harmful behaviours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage directly with children and their families, providing consultations, assessments, and interventions.
  • Collaborate with partner agencies to ensure a holistic approach to support.
  • Implement trauma-informed and restorative practices in all interactions.
  • Support families and professionals in achieving positive outcomes for children.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to a strengths-based approach, emphasizing positive partnerships with parents and caregivers. Travel may be required to meet service needs, with various office locations available.
