As a key member of our labour supply division, you will be responsible for identifying target roles, developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct weekly meetings with labour managers to identify target roles and develop work plans.
- Place recruitment adverts on job boards, job brokerages, and other relevant platforms to attract top talent.
- Process responses to recruitment adverts and maintain contact with candidates to ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Register candidates, review paperwork, conduct right-to-work checks, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Book workforce on inductions and assist in achieving a 100% fill rate on all vacancies.
- Develop and maintain spreadsheets to track performance, highlight successes, and identify areas for improvement.
- Attend client social events and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and maintain accurate records.
- Submit monthly KPI reports and quarterly 360 reports to management.
Requirements:
- Experience working within the labour supply/recruitment industry.
- Knowledge of the construction industry and relevant regulations.
- Awareness of employment legislation and compliance requirements.
