Job Opportunity: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Care Home Manager to lead our team at Jupiter Recruitment.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a large care home, working closely with the Clinical Lead and wider healthcare and hospitality teams to ensure the quality of individual service and care consistently meets high standards and those of our external regulators.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve outstanding care standards and CQC ratings.
  • Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care services.
  • Collaborate with the Clinical Lead to develop and implement care plans that meet the needs of residents.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Develop and implement marketing and business strategies to drive growth and revenue.
  • Lead the development and implementation of person-centred care initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing a large care home.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of CQC standards and regulations.
  • Experience in marketing and business development.
