Position Overview

Eton Bridge Partners Ltd is collaborating with a prominent global leader in technology and manufacturing to identify a Head of Financial Strategy and Analysis.

This pivotal role involves overseeing the organization's Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) division, providing insightful analysis of the company's financial and operational metrics, and acting as the key financial advisor to the supply chain and operational sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct the FP&A division, which includes performance tracking, analytical assessments, forecasting, budgeting, and strategic initiatives.
  • Offer leadership to FP&A teams on a global scale.
  • Manage finance business partnering teams that support international supply chain operations and product development initiatives.
  • Establish a finance business partnering framework to enhance support across the organization.
  • Assist in mergers and acquisitions and provide financial partnership for various projects as needed.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Professionally qualified ACA/CIMA/ACCA (or equivalent).
  • Demonstrated experience in FP&A and/or finance business partnership roles.
  • Commercially astute, data-oriented, with a capacity to interpret data beyond mere figures.
  • Able to transition from strategic oversight to detailed execution, with a readiness to engage in hands-on tasks when required.
  • Upholds high standards of quality, applied with flexibility and practicality.
  • Proficient in influencing and informing stakeholders beyond the finance department to achieve business objectives.
  • Proven leadership capabilities with a history of developing team members.
  • Experience within an international organization, adept at managing cultural variances.
  • Preferred background in supporting supply chain operations, manufacturing, or distribution sectors.
  • Exceptional skills in verbal, visual, and written communication, comfortable engaging with senior management, and able to present information clearly and effectively.
  • High energy, resilience, and a strong ability to navigate challenges.
