About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and ambitious SEO Content Manager to join our fast-growing content and PR team at Next Level Marketing, Creative, PR & Digital Recruitment. As a leading marketing and creative recruitment agency, we specialize in working with innovative consumer brands across various industries, including leisure, retail, FMCG, and sports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute integrated content strategies to drive business growth and improve brand awareness.
  • Conduct keyword research, content audits, and competitor analysis to inform SEO and content decisions.
  • Manage SEO content with clients, create topics and timelines for workflow through content roadmaps, and optimize meta tags, headings, and other HTML elements for SEO.
  • Develop and conduct comprehensive content strategies, including local and international SEO strategies.
  • Support the development and execution of PR strategies, including outreach and campaign measurement.
Requirements
  • Experience in technical SEO and onsite/offsite content, preferably in a marketing or PR agency.
  • Excellent writing skills with experience in SEO optimization and a broad knowledge of social media and PPC.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and ideally WordPress, as well as experience with tools such as GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and Accuranker.
  • Experience in mentoring junior team members and a willingness to support the growth and development of the team.
