Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers in a warm and friendly manner, providing excellent customer service and assistance throughout their shopping experience.
  • Assist with product selection, styling advice, and up-selling to ensure customers find the perfect items.
  • Ensure the store is well-presented, clean, and organized at all times, maintaining a high level of visual merchandising.
  • Process sales transactions quickly and accurately, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Stay up to date with the latest product trends and promotions, providing customers with expert knowledge and advice.
Requirements:
  • A passion for the Jack Wills brand and fashion is essential, as is a previous retail experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • A team player with a positive attitude is essential, as well as flexibility with shifts, including weekends and holidays.
