Role Overview: As a Software Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for evaluating internal applications primarily developed using MS.NET C# on SQL Server or Oracle databases, adhering to established Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Change Management Control protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive testing of approximately 40 applications, coordinating with various business departments to align with their project timelines.
  • Identify business requirements and develop detailed Test Plans, including the creation and execution of Test Cases for both functional and non-functional testing.
  • Maintain and manage defect logs as part of daily operations, necessitating a strong background in the .NET Framework.
  • Engage with a diverse network of users across multiple locations to ensure that business needs are effectively addressed.
  • Collaborate with relevant support teams, including Development, Technical Support, and Network Infrastructure, to resolve system issues.
  • Provide guidance and recommendations to Application Developers through communication with primary support Helpdesk staff.
  • Exhibit leadership qualities as the sole Tester within the Application Development team, supporting the broader Tester team’s objectives.

Qualifications:
  • Proficient in business-level English.
  • Possess a university degree.
  • Familiarity with MS .NET Framework environments.
  • Experience in .NET Visual C# development on MS SQL Server and Oracle Database.
  • Extensive background in Windows application development.
  • Willingness to work reasonable overtime during peak periods.
