About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Procurement Professional to join our team at Finning. As a key member of our procurement function, you will be responsible for developing and delivering strategic procurement plans that drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic procurement plans that align with business objectives
  • Lead and manage procurement teams to ensure effective delivery of procurement services
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders
  • Identify and mitigate procurement risks to ensure business continuity
  • Develop and implement procurement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards

Requirements

  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful strategic procurement plans
  • Strong leadership and management skills with experience of leading and managing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain management and commercial/contractual practices
  • Full CIPS Membership (desirable)
