This role is a full-time, 12-month engagement offering competitive remuneration.
Strategic Leadership:
Direct the strategic vision and execution of facilities management operations, capital projects, and health & safety protocols.
Capital Project Oversight:
Manage the formulation and delivery of the organization’s capital program, focusing on projects that enhance educational facilities, corporate properties, and sustainability efforts.
Asset Management:Ensure the organization’s property assets are effectively maintained, regularly inspected, and compliant with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
Health & Safety Management:
Spearhead the development of the health & safety framework, including emergency preparedness and business continuity strategies.
Transformation of Facilities Management:
Innovate and enhance the facilities management service, with a preference for candidates who have experience in a corporate landlord environment.
Public Sector Expertise:
Extensive experience within local or central government or a significant public sector entity.
