Job Title: Graphic Designer and Digital Coordinator

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer and Digital Coordinator to join our team at HolidayGems Ltd. As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for designing and developing engaging visual content for our social media channels, websites, and email marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop social media graphics, videos, and other visual content that aligns with our brand guidelines and messaging.
  • Collaborate with our Senior Designer to contribute to various design initiatives, from concept to completion.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our brand identity and ensure consistency across all designs.
  • Work closely with our marketing team to develop and implement effective social media strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, software, and best practices to continuously enhance skills and contribute fresh ideas.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
  • Experience in creating designs for various digital platforms, including social media, websites, and email marketing.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications:
  • Degree in graphic design, media arts, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in graphic and media design, preferably in a digital marketing environment.

This is a full-time, office-based position in Chester, where you will be required to work 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. We offer a competitive salary, company pension scheme, and 22 days' holiday rising to 25 days after one year of service.
