About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead our Halifax branch, overseeing 1500+ hours of care each week with a dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and inspire a thriving branch, ensuring exceptional service standards and upholding CQC regulations and company policies.
  • Develop strong relationships with health and social care professionals, clients, local authorities, and customers to uncover new business opportunities.
  • Mentor and expand your team, paving the way for future senior management roles.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Registered Manager in Homecare/Domiciliary Care.
  • Management of 1000+ hours of care weekly.
  • RMA or NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and care delivery skills.
  • Valid UK driving licence.
