About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team at Fluke. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day engineering support and expertise in production for released products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and guidance to production teams to ensure smooth product delivery.
  • Evaluate and improve production processes, equipment, and analytical requirements to optimize manufacturing efficiency.
  • Coordinate the activities of personnel involved in engineering investigations and new product pilot runs.
  • Conduct tests and measurements to determine process control and identify improvements.
  • Maintain active and continuous contact with Engineering and Production teams.

About the Team

You will be part of a dynamic and collaborative team of 13 individuals with a diverse range of skills and expertise. As a team, we work closely together to leverage our strengths and support each other in achieving our goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Science in Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in production engineering.
  • Expert knowledge of electronic engineering principles, practices, and techniques.
  • Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen practices.
  • Excellent engineering and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex engineering concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
