We are a growing mid-market professional services organization with a clear vision to be a leading provider of audit and accounting services.
We are expanding our Accounts & Audit teams and are looking for a seasoned professional to join us as an Audit Senior Manager at our city centre office.
This person will assist in handling the operations side of our Audit portfolio, ensuring that all deadlines are met and that audit files are prepared in line with the International Standards of Auditing.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting in the management of audit portfolios and ensuring timely completion of audit projects.
- Coordinating with the Risk and Internal Audit team to identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Developing and implementing effective audit strategies to ensure high-quality audit work.
- Providing training and support to junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Collaborating with the Marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients.
Requirements:
- ACCA/ACA qualified or equivalent with at least 3 years of post-qualification experience.
- 10 years of experience in audit, with a minimum of 3 years in a senior management role.
- Strong organizational and planning skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Performance-related bonus and flexible working arrangements.
