Position Overview

Our client, a prominent player in the engineering sector, is seeking a proficient CNC Operator to enhance their workforce. This role offers a permanent contract with a competitive salary range of £36,000 to £44,000, along with opportunities for additional earnings through overtime. The successful candidate will possess extensive experience operating a diverse range of machinery, including 3 & 5 Axis Vertical Machining Centres, 5 Axis Integrex Lathes, and CNC Lathes. A meticulous approach to work and a minimum of 5 years in a comparable position are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the operation of various machines within the workshop environment
  • Upholding precision and quality standards in all tasks performed

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Successful completion of a recognized apprenticeship program
  • Expertise in operating Mazak Integrex machinery
  • Knowledge of turning and milling techniques
