Job Title: Senior Lettings Negotiator
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Lettings Negotiator to join our team and drive our lettings business forward. As a Senior Lettings Negotiator, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Property Listings: Oversee the creation and management of property listings, ensuring they are accurately and attractively presented.
- Viewings Coordination: Arrange and conduct property viewings, providing detailed and accurate information to potential tenants.
- Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions of tenancy agreements between landlords and tenants, aiming to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Market Knowledge: Stay updated on market trends, rental values, and competitor activity to provide informed advice to clients.
- Compliance: Ensure all lettings activities comply with relevant legislation, regulations, and company policies.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and support junior negotiators, sharing knowledge and expertise to enhance team performance.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on lettings activities, including key metrics such as occupancy rates, rental income, and client feedback.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a lettings negotiator, with a minimum of 2 years experience.
- In-depth knowledge of the local property market and relevant legislation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proficiency in property management software and MS Office applications.
- A proactive and results-driven attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Valid driving license and access to a vehicle.
