About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at ILS Case Management. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to clients with complex emotional, behavioural, and attachment needs
  • Assist with daily living tasks, including cooking, cleaning, and shopping
  • Support clients with mobility issues, including transfers and mobility aids
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals
  • Participate in regular clinical supervision and review meetings to ensure high-quality care standards
Requirements
  • Experience working with adults with complex needs, including brain injury and emotional support
  • Confident in behaviour management and de-escalation techniques
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) Certificate
