Role Overview:
We are in search of a Qualified Chartered Accountant with a minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience (PQE) to join our dynamic team, focusing on business development and the expansion of our newest office.
The ideal candidate will possess a solid foundation in accounting principles, financial analysis, and strategic business planning, coupled with a drive for growth and the creation of new opportunities.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be part of a team that includes a trainee Chartered Accountant, with plans to expand as workload increases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development strategies to foster growth and enhance market presence.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships to strengthen the company's market position.
- Cultivate client relationships and deliver financial advisory services.
- Prepare statutory accounts, tax returns, and VAT returns.
- Oversee and mentor a growing team.
Qualifications and Experience Required:
- Chartered Accountant qualification (ACA)
- At least 3 years PQE in Accounting or Finance.
- Demonstrated experience in business development and strategic planning.
- Strong analytical abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
