Gleeson Recruitment Group is a leading recruitment agency based in North Birmingham, working with a growing business in the area. As the company continues to expand, they are seeking a skilled FP&A Analyst to join their established finance team.
Position Overview:
The FP&A Analyst will play a key role in providing financial insights and analysis to support the company's strategic planning and decision-making processes. Working closely with various departments, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing financial models, analysing financial results, and providing insights to drive business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Planning & Forecasting: Develop and manage financial models to support the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes.
- Performance Analysis: Analyse financial results, identify key trends, and provide insights to drive business decisions and improve performance.
- Strategic Support: Collaborate with business units to offer financial guidance and support the company's strategic objectives.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, with experience in financial planning and analysis. They will be able to work effectively in a team environment, communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders, and provide high-quality analysis and insights to support business decisions.
