We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Theatre Nurse/ODP to join our Orthopaedic Scrub team at Ramsay Health Care UK. As a key member of our theatre department, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and supporting our team of surgeons and anaesthetists.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and flexible individual to join our team and contribute to the delivery of exceptional patient care. As an Orthopaedic Scrub ODP, you will be responsible for:

• Providing high-quality patient care and support to surgeons and anaesthetists during orthopaedic procedures
• Assisting with the preparation and maintenance of the operating theatre environment
• Collaborating with the theatre team to ensure smooth and efficient procedure flow
• Participating in ongoing training and professional development to maintain and enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• HCPC registration with no restrictions or conditions
• Surgical scrub experience within orthopaedics, including hip arthroplasty, knee arthroplasty, and anterior cruciate ligament repairs
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently
• Flexible and positive attitude
• A warm, considerate, and empathetic character
