Job Title: Early Years Practitioner

Caring Kindergartens Ltd is seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Years Practitioner to join our team. As a key member of our nursery team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to our children.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and qualified Early Years Practitioner to work with our team of dedicated professionals. The successful candidate will have a Level 3 qualification in childcare, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for our children.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work as part of a team to provide high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years.
  • Develop and implement engaging play experiences that promote children's physical, intellectual, and emotional development.
  • Observe, record, and assess children's progress and development, using observations supported with photographic evidence.
  • Support children in developing self-esteem, confidence, and feelings of competence.
  • Provide a positive model of behaviour by treating children, families, and colleagues with friendliness, care, and courtesy.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of current issues, legislation, and practices through attending regular training and workshops.
Requirements:
  • A suitable Level 3 childcare qualification, recognised by the Department for Education.
  • A good understanding of the EYFS.
  • Excellent understanding of the English language, spoken and written.
  • A good understanding of safeguarding practices.
  • Previous childcare experience in an early years setting.
  • Cleared DBS check.
