Job Summary:

Carbon 60 is seeking a skilled Housing Compliance Manager to join its Asset Strategy Team. This hybrid role requires office attendance twice a week and involves working with the team to establish a long-term housing investment plan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify properties that require refurbishment and lead the generation of monthly and annual compliance performance reports, including gas, electricity, water, fire, asbestos, and lifts, to the Executive Members and Regulator.
  • Support the narrative and audit trail, ensuring all reports are accurate and in scope of legal requirements.
  • Lead the response to any internal or external questions regarding housing compliance.
