Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

PRS LTD is seeking a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join their Contract team. The successful candidate will oversee Mechanical PPMs and reactive maintenance, as well as other Mechanical duties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carrying out planned preventative maintenance to building services equipment
  • Carrying out inspections, fault finding and diagnosis
  • Carrying out general cleaning and housekeeping to maximise life expectancy of all equipment
  • Working to all health, safety, compliance and local policies and procedures
  • Maintaining excellent relationships with our customers – face to face, telephone and email
Requirements:
  • Trade trained with ideally 3 years' experience in the building services
  • City & Guilds Qualified Mechanical
  • Good building services knowledge
