Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of residential conveyancing matters to ensure transactions progress smoothly from inception to completion.
  • Conduct thorough title checks, property searches, and due diligence to identify potential issues and mitigate risks.
  • Draft and review legal documents including contracts, leases, and transfer deeds with a keen eye for accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and other stakeholders to provide updates, address queries, and ensure a positive client experience.
  • Handle post-completion tasks including registrations and stamp duty submissions in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Stay informed about changes in property law regulations and industry best practices to ensure compliance and continuous professional development.
  • Collaborate with team members to share knowledge, contribute to process improvements, and foster a collaborative work environment.
Requirements

  • Previous experience in a conveyancing role.
