Job Title: Payroll Senior Administrator/Manager

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Senior Administrator/Manager to join our team at Kenton Black Finance. As a key member of our payroll team, you will be responsible for processing payrolls, managing client relationships, and ensuring compliance with HMRC regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process payrolls for small and high-volume clients using BrightPay software
  • Set up new client payrolls, including PAYE and RTI submissions
  • Manage CIS returns, BACS transmissions, FPS/EPS, and P45/P46/P60 submissions
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to client queries via email and telephone
  • Work collaboratively with the payroll team to ensure smooth operations and meet deadlines
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably in a bureau or umbrella company
  • Knowledge of BrightPay software and HMRC regulations
  • Strong client liaison skills and ability to work independently
  • Desirable: bookkeeping/accounts experience
