Credentialing Coordinator Job Opportunity

Gordon Yates Ltd is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Credentialing Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and implementation of credentials and curricula.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the curricula and quality workstreams, including further developments on credentials and other curricula work where required.
  • Provide administrative support to the Credentialing Working Group and activities relating to the development, implementation, and evaluation of specialty credentials.
  • Produce all relevant documentation related to credentials, including the application process and development of educational materials and guidance for the specialty, working closely with key stakeholders in line with the needs of the project.
  • Provide regular updates on credentials, ensuring robust data capture and validation, including outcome measures and evaluation where applicable.
  • Provide administrative support to various working groups and committees as required, including agenda setting, minute taking, tracking action points, responding to queries, and report writing.
  • Attend conferences and events as necessary, including careers fairs, International Congress, and other events as required.
  • Process expense claim forms and payment requests, ensuring robust financial administration.
  • Draft user-focused content for college digital platforms, regularly reviewing communication channels to ensure content is relevant, engaging, and up-to-date.
  • Edit, upload, and publish relevant documentation on the College website, using the content management system, at the direction of the Training Manager and Head of Operations.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of content management systems for editing and uploading web page content.
