Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced 12t Driver to join our team at DX Network Services Limited. As a key member of our logistics operations, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the safe transportation of goods to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent DX Network Services Limited in a professional manner at all times.
  • Drive vehicles in a safe and legal manner, ensuring compliance with all legal and company requirements.
  • Undertake daily checks to ensure vehicles are in good working order and report any defects immediately.
  • Scan products using DX scanning equipment and ensure all deliveries are loaded safely prior to leaving the depot.
  • Manage routing to ensure premium and timed deliveries are achieved.
  • Ensure the correct equipment and personal protective equipment (PPE) is in good order and used at all times.
  • Report any delivery or on-road issues to the traffic office immediately.
  • Ensure customers receive their deliveries in excellent condition every time.
  • Deal with customer issues in a polite and effective manner.
  • Make collections in line with given instructions and times.

Essential Criteria:

  • Hold a valid C1 or above license with a valid DQC and Tacho card.
  • Have a maximum of 6 points on your license and no bans.
  • Take pride in delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Be able to build a rapport with customers.
