In this position, you will play a vital role in delivering IT solutions for a client-focused Managed Service Provider (MSP).

Your responsibilities will include traveling to various client locations as needed. A valid driving license is essential, and a company vehicle will be provided as part of your benefits.

In this role, you will interact directly with clients, taking charge of IT incident management from initial troubleshooting to final resolution, as well as overseeing IT project execution. Projects will vary widely, encompassing new site setups, installations, and modifications for hardware, software, networks, and telephony systems.

The working environment is predominantly Microsoft-based, requiring support for applications such as Office Suite, OneDrive, and SharePoint.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Comprehensive knowledge of networking principles (including TCP/IP)
  • Experience with Active Directory and Azure
  • Proficiency in Windows Server 2008 and later versions
  • Ability to manage servers, backups, and Hyper-V environments
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications (Office Suite, OneDrive, SharePoint)
  • Experience in installing hardware, including desktop PCs, laptops, and networking devices

Holding a full UK driving license is a requirement. You will be part of a dynamic and expanding IT department, enhancing your skills in stakeholder management and service delivery.
