About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Sales Manager to join our team at BMS Performance. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving the specification of natural stone and blended materials for landscaping and paving in both the residential and commercial construction markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to expand our presence in the landscaping market
  • Work closely with main contractors and architects to specify materials and identify new business opportunities
  • Target sub-contractors and break specifications to increase market share
  • Travel extensively across the UK to meet with clients and promote our products
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and implement sales campaigns
Requirements
  • Proven experience in selling and specifying construction or building materials into main contractors and architects
  • Background in landscaping and paving is preferred
  • Valid, clean driving license
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
