Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Floor Captain to join our team at Sodexo. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide warm and professional greetings to guests and visitors
  • Enhance the experience of our colleagues and clients by providing support with meeting room setup, connectivity, and hospitality
  • Maintain tidy and inviting common areas, reception, mail room, and lobby areas
  • Ensure the site is safe and secure by monitoring Health & Safety practices and reporting any issues
  • Be the site 'go-to' for providing information and assistance
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential
  • A positive, energetic, and proactive attitude with a passion for customer service
  • Proficient in office software, including Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail

Package Description

This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday, with working hours between 9am and 5pm. The salary is £ per hour, plus Sodexo benefits, including gym membership, travel hub, cycle to work scheme, and close proximity to train station and transport links.
