Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee the social care recruitment desk.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Guide and mentor junior recruitment consultants.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Extensive experience in recruitment, particularly within the social care sector.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
Working Hours

This position offers a standard work schedule from Monday to Friday, 08:45 AM to 05:00 PM.
