Job Title: Financial Operations Assistant
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Operations Assistant to join our team at SF Recruitment. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Finance Manager and assisting with various financial tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Finance Manager with the preparation of financial reports, including the P&L budget and forecast.
- Facilitate operational managers in setting budgets and producing consolidated summaries for board review.
- Assist with the Capital Budget process, including the raising of purchase orders, monitoring of capital expenditure forecasts, and updating of fixed asset registers.
- Assist with the analysis and reporting of lifecycle expenditure, including monitoring lifecycle fund spends and raising sales invoices to draw down funds in a timely manner.
- Perform other duties as required by the company or line management.
Requirements:
- Experience of working in accounts and processing data accurately within deadlines.
- Meticulous, organized, enthusiastic, and hardworking individual with good attention to detail.
- IT proficient with good spreadsheet skills.
- Study support for the AAT or another accounting qualification available.
