Group Reporting Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Group Reporting Manager to join our team at BTG Recruitment. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a forward-thinking organisation and contribute to the company's financial strategy.
The Role:As a Group Reporting Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing statutory financial reporting, managing the group's treasury function, and leading internal audits. You will ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and contribute to the company's financial strategy.
Key Responsibilities:- Statutory Reporting: Lead the preparation and submission of accurate financial statements for the group, ensuring full compliance with FRS 102 and other relevant standards.
- Treasury Management: Oversee the group's cash flow, ensuring liquidity and optimising financial risk management through effective policies and forecasting.
- Internal Audit: Develop and implement a robust internal audit framework to assess and improve the group's financial controls, reporting directly to the CFO and Audit Committee.
- Tax Compliance: Manage corporate tax returns, advise on tax matters, and oversee the production of RDEC returns.
- Audit Coordination: Coordinate with external auditors to ensure a smooth audit process and address any audit findings.
