About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and self-motivated Cleaning Operative to join our team at Royal Mail Property & Facilities Solutions. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our mail centres and offices.

Your duties will include:

  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
  • Operating a variety of cleaning equipment and machinery
  • Emptying bins and recycling
  • Dusting and sanitising surfaces
  • Vacuuming and mopping floors

You will work as part of a team to ensure that our facilities are always clean and tidy, and that our customers receive the highest level of service.

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Reliable and punctual
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Physically fit and able to lift heavy equipment
  • Good communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment

What We Offer
