Clinical Pharmacist Team Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Pharmacist to lead our clinical pharmacy team. As a Clinical Pharmacist Team Leader, you will be responsible for developing and implementing clinical pharmacy services that meet the needs of our patients and staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement clinical pharmacy services that meet the needs of our patients and staff.
- Lead and manage a team of clinical pharmacists and pharmacy technicians.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including medical staff, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards.
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Provide clinical supervision and support to pharmacy staff.
- Participate in education and training programs to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
- Substantial experience in a clinical pharmacy role.
- Experience in managing staff and leading projects.
- Experience in developing standards and key performance indicators.
- Experience in staff development and managing performance.
- Experience in managing change and leading service development.
- Experience in writing business cases and service development.
- Experience in writing / implementing clinical guidelines and government directives.
- Experience in delivering education and training.
- Knowledge of NHS, Local, Regional and National Standards.
- Training or coaching/Mentoring skills and Staff appraisal.
- Experience in clinical audit or research.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and manage a team.
- Ability to develop and implement clinical pharmacy services.
- Ability to collaborate with other healthcare professionals.
- Ability to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards.
- Ability to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives.
- Ability to provide clinical supervision and support.
- Ability to participate in education and training programs.
