About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Selfridges. As a Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in creating exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth in our luxury retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, building rapport and trust with customers to drive sales and loyalty.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge, staying up-to-date on the latest trends and competitor activity.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and maintain stock levels, including receiving and processing deliveries, conducting audits, and maintaining the stockroom.
  • Adapt to changing business needs, taking on additional responsibilities and tasks as required.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture, promoting a culture of excellence and customer obsession.
