About the Role

We are seeking a talented Graduate Mechanical Engineer to join our team for a 10-week summer placement in 2025. As a Graduate Mechanical Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects and contribute to the development of our cutting-edge missile systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work on mechanical design, analysis, and testing of missile systems
  • Collaborate with experienced engineers and technical specialists to deliver key projects
  • Develop specialist technical solutions to aid the design process
  • Conduct detailed stress and thermal analysis on structures and mechanical systems
About the Team

You will join either our Mechanical Engineering or Customer Support and Services functions, both of which offer unique opportunities to get involved in innovative projects and products. Our team is at the forefront of defence, working on complex weapons and systems that require innovative mechanical engineering solutions.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for students studying towards an Engineering Degree (including General, Mechanical, Production/Manufacturing, Aeronautical/Aerospace, Materials Science or Technology) who are eager to apply their university learning to real-world engineering projects and technologies. As a Graduate Mechanical Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and develop your skills in mechanical design, analysis, and testing.
