Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure customer satisfaction through effective vehicle servicing and repairs.
  • Conduct routine maintenance, MOT assessments, and warranty-related repairs.
  • Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations.
  • Continuously enhance your technical knowledge and skills.

Goals and Essential Tasks:

  • Meet the manufacturer's servicing and repair time standards.
  • Improve profitability, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
  • Promptly report all servicing needs.

Qualifications and Experience Required:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a technician in a dealership setting.
  • Possession of an MOT qualification.
  • Completion of manufacturer-specific training courses.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on service and repair experience.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary Range: £33,000.00-£35,400.00 annually
Additional Compensation: Bonus scheme available
