We have an exceptional opportunity within our Construction division for a skilled Project Management Senior Leader to become part of our team.

Key Responsibilities
As a Project Management Senior Leader, you will oversee the successful execution of assigned multidisciplinary projects from inception to completion. Your role will involve:
  • Ensuring project deliverables align with client expectations and adhere to Morgan Sindall standards.
  • Achieving Perfect Delivery through effective project management practices.
  • Leading and motivating team members to uphold high performance standards.

Qualifications and Experience
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A degree or HNC/HND in a relevant technical field.
  • Proven experience in a Project Management capacity, particularly in managing contractors within traditional construction environments.
  • A comprehensive understanding of safety regulations and commercial factors impacting projects.

Project Experience
Experience in managing projects within the Educational, Healthcare, Leisure, or Defence sectors, with project values ranging from £5 million to £20 million, is preferred.

Additional Requirements
A valid UK driving license is mandatory.
