Job Title: Site Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Supervisor to join our team at Daniel Owen Ltd. As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our site, ensuring that all maintenance and repair work is carried out efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer and team expectations, responding to verbal and written requests in a timely manner
  • Coordinate quotations, provide monthly reports, and attend client meetings as required
  • Review Engineering Job Sheets for accuracy, legibility, and remedial works
  • Ensure all Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) is carried out in accordance with the maintenance specification and documented in real-time
  • Update the customer's Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) system with start, wait, stop, completion times, and provide a full description of works undertaken
  • Identify and record all plant failures using quotation forms and issue to the line manager, indicating and recording within the CAFM system
  • Undertake electrical tests and inspections of electrical systems
  • Carry out regular site audits
  • Attend site in response to breakdowns or failures of equipment outside of normal working hours, taking part in the on-call rota
  • Supervise and monitor subcontractors' works while they are on site undertaking maintenance
Requirements:
  • Electrical C&G or equivalent in a relevant engineering discipline
  • Electrical inspection 2391 required
  • BS7671 18th Edition
  • Ability to read electrical drawings
  • Mechanical qualification desirable
  • Experience in managing an engineering team
  • Experience of pharmaceutical or process environments
  • Experience in building services M&E
