Key Responsibilities- Manage full project lifecycle, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery of projects.
- Focus on Health, Safety, and Wellbeing to ensure a safe working environment.
- Effectively manage stakeholders across business teams to facilitate project implementation.
- Undertake financial management of projects, ensuring accurate forecasting and budgetary allocation.
- Conduct detailed analysis, using information from various sources, and provide informed recommendations.
- Manage project development and implementation associated with Asset Management and investment activities.
- Identify and monitor project and change benefits, ensuring sustainability of change.
- Collaborate with project leads and operational teams to deliver on-site activities and manage workloads.
- Manage the Task Order programme through phased approaches, including supply chain management.
- Develop the Improvement Activities Programme profile, formalize processes, manage performance metrics, and update asset data.
- Develop and maintain trackers for work activities to target focus areas based on risk.
- Support the development of Standard Operating Procedures, training, and rollout programmes.
- Strong financial, risk management, and analytical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience in project management, planning, and delivering process improvements.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and presentation skills.
- Ability to develop robust business cases with a clear understanding of whole-life costs.
