About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Catering Team Leader to join our team at Bawdsey Manor. As a key member of our catering team, you will be responsible for leading a team of Catering Assistants to ensure the dining room is clean and inviting, the food is tasty and appealing, and our guests are happy and well looked after.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Catering Assistants to deliver exceptional dining experiences
  • Ensure the dining room is clean and inviting, and the food is prepared to a high standard
  • Assist and engage with guests to ensure their needs are met
  • Supervise and train Catering Assistants to maintain excellent food safety standards and procedures
  • Work closely with the Front of House Manager to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements
  • 3+ months experience in a catering role
  • Level 3 or above qualification in Food Safety
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a high level of attention to detail
