About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Sales Support Administrator to join our dynamic sales support team in Salford. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our sales teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service through the management and assignment of sales leads, ensuring timely and effective communication with customers.
  • CRM Management: Ensure the CRM system is up-to-date with accurate and timely activity, providing valuable insights for sales teams.
  • Pricing and Compliance: Ensure pricing guidelines are adhered to, maintaining the highest standards of compliance and accuracy.
  • Account Management: Assign customers appropriately based on accurate MI, building strong relationships and driving sales growth.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the operations team to meet budgeted revenue and profit targets, promoting a collaborative and supportive team environment.
  • Performance Monitoring: Thoroughly review and utilize the monthly sales KPI report, tracking performance and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain positive, professional relationships throughout different levels of the organization, fostering a culture of respect and teamwork.

  • Organizational Skills: Well-organized and comfortable working at pace, with a proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Customer Service Experience: Proven first-rate customer service experience with excellent telephone manner, able to demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Administrative Skills: Outstanding administration skills, with the ability to analyze data and experience of MS Office.
  • Team Player: A team player with a high level of dedication, able to work collaboratively and support colleagues in achieving shared goals.
